Taylor Splice offer a range of aluminium and copper ferrules in both BS5281 and DIN3093 specifications. Stainless Steel ferrules are available in some DIN specification sizes.

A range of aluminium and copper end stops are also stocked.

Swaging DiesDies are available to suit all our presses, for ferrules, end stops and hexagon for stainless steel terminals. Dies to suit larger capacity presses are manufactured to special order.

Netlock Net Jointing ToolNetlocks
TSC offer a range of netlocks to suit wire and fibre rope together with Punch and Die tooling to secure them. Only a hammer and NETLOCK PUNCH are required to effect secure joints. Fittings are available in Carbon steel, (Bright or Sheradised), Stainless steel and Aluminium alloy.

The TSC Range of hand crimping tools are designed as a simple, economical and portable method for splicing small wire ropes.
When using these tools crimping should be done in several bites both to reduce the effort required and to ensure that the jaws close fully to leave a circular finished ferrule.

Hydraulic Crimping Tool

Our compact hand held hydraulic crimpers are ideal for crimping small wire ropes when operating from a ladder, staging or in confined spaces.
Like the TSC Crimper range it has to be used on the several bites system.

Dies are available for BS ferrule sizes codes 1 to 4.5, and DIN sizes codes 1 to 6.

BHex Crimperased on the popular TSC range of hand crimpers this new model has been designed for use on the range of stainless steel Architectural Rigging fittings now available on the market,
One tool covers terminal sizes for 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm wire rope using a multibite system whereby the user crimps the terminal to the wire moving along the terminal with three bites, This tool gives installers the option to fit Architectural rigging on site without the need for an expensive portable splicing press and individual tooling for each size It also allows installers to cut the wire to final required length at site locations.
